We will be updating the MotionCX platform this evening. No downtime is expected. This includes and update to the softphone to enable screenpops with SAP CRM, for tenants who use SAP.

We've added a CSV export to the Agent Workstate Details report.

We've added the ability to copy or clone an existing queue when creating a new queue.

We changed the sorting for the case history on the Contact modal to show the most recent cases first, and opened the ability to click through to the cases in the contact history .

We address an issue where unended interactions were created in the reporting database.
