We will be applying a maintenance update beginning at 9:15 pm EST today. No downtime is expected from this maintenances, and it will not include updates to the softphone. This is to address the following items:

- Data retention for Cases and Contacts has been updated to preserve Contact records when they are still associate with a Case. The previous rule for Contact record retention was based only on the Contact being the assignee for the case.

- Case Routing will not route automatically route new cases if that status is not available for case routing.

- Workflow Tag Reporting has been update to accommodate chatbot interactions.

- Merging Contacts has been updated to ensure new duplicate contacts are not created in the process.

- When Contacts have been merged, the cases will be related to the new Contact.
